If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment no matter what the reasoning may be you will be charged 50% of scheduled service this goes for no-show appointments as well. I take this very seriously as I create a very generous schedule for everyone, and no shows or being late takes away time from another client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be considered a no-show and charged 50% of the appointment.
